SWMP – Annual Report(s): This is an annual report submittal requirement by the TCEQ (Texas Commission on Environmental Quality). Report addresses the issues of implementation of storm water phase-in program in its quest to eliminate ground water contamination, illegal discharges, by way of every available resource within its embodied jurisdiction. Stormwater educational materials provided by the State, EPA, public interest or trade organizations, or other MS4s.
