City Council Agendas

The Town of Horizon City Council meets the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. at Town Hall, 14999 Darrington Road, Horizon City, TX  79928.

The Council Agenda is posted at the entrance to Town Hall, 72 hours in advance of Council meetings.

Council Meetings begins with an open forum, where anyone can sign up to address the Council.
