Zoning Map
As per Chapter 3 of Zoning Ordinance #0102, the boundaries of the zoning districts are established on a map entitled “Zoning Map. Town of Horizon City, Texas, Planning and Zoning Commission,” all of which are a part of this Ordinance.
The original map was adopted by the Town Council on May 8, 2001 and is displayed at Town Hall. The districts shall be shown on the map; and all notations thereon shall also be a part of the this ordinance. Please contact the Planning Division for questions regarding the zoning map at 915-852-1046.
EXTRA TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION (ETJ)
Extra Territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) Map for the Town of Horizon City was approved on August 26, 2008. The updated map has a radius of apporoximately one mile. Please contact the Planning Division for questions regarding the ETJ map at 915-852-1046.
