4-3: Construction Site Inspections

Inspect construction sites and enforce requirements to control construction waste using the Nuisance Ordinance

During his daily inspections for building permit compliance, the Building Inspector inspects construction sites for proper waste disposal – reports any deviation in disposal of waste matter, as addressed in the Nuisance Ord.  Directors, (Planning and Public Works) as well as Building Inspector, monitoring and inspection of development sites.
