NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ADOPTION OF THE PROPOSED CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
TOWN OF HORIZON CITY, TEXAS
 
NOTICE is hereby given that the Town of Horizon City will hold a public hearing on the proposed Capital Improvement Program (CIP). The hearing will be held:
 
Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at 6:30 PM
City Council Chambers, Horizon City Town Hall
14999 Darrington Road, Horizon City, Texas
 
The public hearing is for the purpose of allowing the public to attend and question and comment on the proposed CIP.  This CIP lists various street and drainage improvement projects to be designed and constructed within the next three fiscal years.
 
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Town of Horizon City will provide for reasonable accommodation for persons attending meetings.  Requests for auxiliary aids and services must be made 48 hours prior to this hearing by calling the City Clerk at 915-852-1046.   
 
Copies of the proposed CIP are available for your review at the City Clerk’s Office at the Town of Horizon City, 14999 Darrington Road, Horizon City, Texas between the hours of 8:00 am to 11:45 am and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
